As in title really,live next to Cannock Chase so conditions are a bit muddy at the mo but stony and sandy in summer (well for a few days).Running mountain king 2.4 supersonics at the moment and need to replace them. Wondered if the Maxxis would be any better? Thinking of the triple compound jobbies.

I personally rate them, others hate them.
Transition to edge is sketchy but I quite like getting the bike over and drifting it around. Fast rolling, clear mud well and fairly light.
Rumour is (L)UST ones are on the way…..

is the grip predictable once you get them on the side knobs(fnar fnar)though?sick of my conti's drifting out at fairly low speed.
