[#1325343]

last year i bought a specialized tricross.
i took it to the pyrenees to play 'king of the mountains'.
i nearley died on it because of front brake judder so bad it was like getting a piggyback on a epileptic having a fit.
i posted about it on here..........all the usual neysayers dismissed it as complacency and moaning........ ๐Ÿ˜†

spot the differance

i got carbon forks on my JtS and have my cable hung from a under stem hanger, for the most of it i have avoided the judder - but it has had its moments, copius amounts of mud on the rim help!

i took the bike back to the shop where i bought it, a big spesh dealer, withinn 2 weeks of buying it.
they dismissed it, saying the judder would stop when the brakes bedded in.
i sold the bike after my holiday to a mate, after sourcing a fork mounted brake hanger. he has never had a problem.

Drill 2 small holes each side of the mudguard where it passes under the fork and use zipties. I do this because it stops rattles.
