  • Longer forks for Rock Loster ?

    I have Merlin RL 853 for my winter and bad weather action.
    Now and then I got stupid and expensive toughts of longer fork
    equipped steel hard tail (Cotic).
    Geometry in RL 17 " and Soul 16" differs only from head tube and seat tube lenght. Head tube angle is in RL 1 degree steeper and 25 mm longer.

    How would Rock Lobster handle longer 120mm or 130 mm fork and how would
    it effects on steering ? Any experience ?

    They are fine with a 120mm fork… some say they are even better this way…I just built one up with a 100mm fork, but that is only as i already had a fox f100…
