I am looking at buying one of these for in my camelbak, which would you go for? Some seem more for road bikes.

High volume for MTB.
High pressure for road.

If you mean Lezyne, then the normal non high pressure alloy drive one is excellent. I can get my 23c's on the road bike hard enough. I'd buy another in an instant.

lezyne alloy
i use this yes its expensive but its great and simple i like it alot
