After the last few rides on the rigid singlespeed (oh feel the niche), my thumbs are giving me grief, normal or just MTFU?
I can make a fist ok, but an action like giving the thumbs up **** kills..

Mick this is quite normal for SS nubies to experience this phenomena, it’s down to the transition of the prehensile thumbs with Neanderthal man. Don’t worry the pain in your knees will soon mask the discomfort MTFU Luddite
