I'm needing to source some v-brake bosses for the fork on my old Inbred.
Not many places seem to sell the buggers!
I understand there are different ones available; 8mm, 10mm, coarse / fine thread etc.
Does anyone happen to know what type i'd need?

Plenty kicking about here too (8mm) but have to say it's sad to see the day when the LBS can't cope with selling a bog standard brake boss.

hazeii - 'bog standard brake bosses' are just one approximately three trillion items you;d love your LBS to stock but they don't cos there's no money in them and keeping them in stock and keeping that stock organised is a headache up the bum. Sorry...

I know I've got one brake boss off an old Inbred in my box of spares. If no one offers you a pair, you're welcome to it in the hope that you can find another!
