Sweet Jesus!!!!
But I'd say the Telegraph were being typical snotty southerners and being very selective with their editting to pander to the usual yawn-inducing northern stereotypes
Say what you like about scouse women, but when I used to work in Liverpool it was one of the joys of the place. When I first got off the train on a Monday morning I thought I'd made some kind of error and turned up on a saturday night! A high percentage of them don't half make the effort. All the time! With some pretty fine results 😀
I work in Liverpool, and agree that it is rather selective editing – I'm sure that there were some absolute stunners there too. And I'm sure that the girl in the 2nd photo has a lovely personality.
Surely we're not calling the Aintree meeting a "cultural" event are we? Nah, must have been seeing things. You're very touchy this week Stoner…everything ok at home? Stressed at work? 🙂
Don't know who 'Fred' is, but you seem to have taken a bit of a dislike to me Stoner. Don't know what I've done to cause that, as I've never met you. Flattered that you've paid such attention to my inane witterings though! 😀
I was working at the Aintree meeting last year
Believe me that picture doesn't do them justice
When they we're p!ssed [& they all got p!ssed] – I really couldn't believe what I was seeing & hearing
Think of every possible cliché to describe slappers – they resembled everyone of them
I'm a Northerner & I've been around a bit but I've never seen anything like that before or since
I applaud the effort they have all obviously gone to, but at what point does looking like a drag queen become more attractive than looking like a woman!!!!

In fairness, Clareymorris, I think one of them actually is a drag-queen…
I can't help but wonder as to the actual ethnicity of the two ladies in the first picture. There does seem to be a certain 'orangeyness' about their complexions. But is their an underlying brownness?
