Two minutes on the turbo trainer - see how far you can advance your speedo's mileometer due by wheel rotation in that time.

My best is 0.97 miles.

Yeah, should really have put a at the end of my post...

I don't have a turbo trainer, only rollers and given that they have zero resistance, it's easy to beat that target, I think it would count as cheating!
