when I exercise, and really cold knees in winter. My elbows are the same to a lesser extent but my feet and hands are normal.
Anyone else get this? Am I weird?

Yes, but only on one knee. And it's not always the same knee.

I've just checked the sofa & have discovered a poltergeist under the cushion! I've put it in the shed with the other one. My knee has since cooled off.
