Nah not racist in the way you have worded it - and I suspect no non oriental folk are coming in selling dvds, and it's the act of selling dvds that is doing your box in rather than anyone's race.

I'd love to see government departments/ the commision for racial equality etc try and apply their rules on discrimination to the regional predjudices present in north west of England. ie: Yorkshire/Lancashire, Scousers/Mancs, Leeds folks/everyone else, Bolton/Blackburn
Just to see how far they get. Every other person would be arrested every other day for incitement to racial hatred.

if you are a media planner at the BBC i would say not so much racist as a problem with lack of vision
