Why are the rubber seals so loose?

They don’t seem to have much “sealing” ability at all, I’m a bit miffed after spending 60+ quid tbh

The new ones are alot worse than the old ones with non replaceable bearings I’m afraid, I guess they’re much cheaper to manfacture…

Try leaving just one shim washer in, they’re there to control the amount of pre-load on the seal.

It’s not just the vertical gap above/below the seals, it’s as if the rubber seals’ inside diameter is too wide creating movement. Tempted to ring Hope.

Yeah but maybe someone’s popped into the factory to get on with something they should’ve finished last week.

    I don’t know, I really don’t know….

See? Even poor Trailflow has bin rendered speechles by the complexity and absurdity of it all…

What if, right, you rang up Hope on a Sunday and ended up having a discussion on Theology rather than headsets, over the ‘phone?

I think that would be cool. I think Hope should start doing this.

RudeBoy judging by your posts on other threads today I’d say you’re even more deranged than I thought
