I've somehow been recruited into a mate's team for the London event after his colleagues had to pull out.
Have you done one before? Any tips? Things I'm wondering at the moment:
- how big a bag do you need to carry everything on that kit list? Will I get it all in a Camelbak Mule?
- is there any off-road element, or would I be best off fitting slicks?
- the kit list recommends SPDs but surely then you'd have to carry running shoes too?
