not sure but there are loads of laybys and open carparks dotted around the chase.

According to Swinnertons it closes when it gets dark.

Yeah shuts at dusk. There is plenty of open parking further up on Marquis Drive.

Just display your permit in the windscreen....

I'm sure the ranger locks the car park after the last car has left within a reasonable time of it going dusk, or like other have said park at Marquis drive, on the tarmac where it runs alongside the fireroad between S12 & 13
