Planning a trip up to Glyncorrwg next week, does anyone know if the cafe is open for a slap up breakfast on Sunday morning or is it still closed up with just the tea trailer there?

the chicken madras was good at the other centre! we did the W2 yesterday, great ride spoilt by my new 10 speed chain breaking 5 times – probably my fault for using dry lube!!!

Afan lodge does a good breakfast for non residents

+1 for the Afan Lodge breakfast.. small normally does me (and i like to eat) but the large is good too, really friendly and normally mtb videos on in the background as well

if you travelling down via the heads of the valley rd, the ASDA @ merthyr tydfil does a damned fine breaky & gives you time to digest it before riding….
