Aye that yellow thing!

Since M800 and M585 (LX) share the same pads the bleed block specified for M585s should do eh?

That looks like the Saint 810 spacer, the 800s use the same spacer as XT, LX etc brakes so you need one with the pad retention bolt hole at one end.

Ask you're LBS, they may well have a stock of them in their workshop

I've always just filled Shimano brakes from the bleed screw up using a syringe, top caps off and catch the overspilled fluid with some blue roll. then pulled the brakes on a few times.
