I recently bought a Giro Remedy full face helmet. The manual shows you how to test whether the helmet fits, then tells you to "adjust" it if it doesn't I can't see any way to adjust it apart from the strap, which is referred to later in the manual. How on earth do you adjust it?
Giro/Madison seem baffled by the question, and keep referring back to different parties who can't answer the question.
Should I have received extra pads or something?
