Just thought I'd give a big thanks to Fox Europe to coutner balance the moaning that goes on here about customer service sometimes.

Fiddling around with the retention device at the back of my Flux helmet yesterday and the plastic strip in the middle snapped (wasn't doing anything very silly, i think the plastic's just got a bit old and brittle) Emailed their customer serivce at 4.59pm to ask if I could get hold of a replacement retnetion system, not holding out much hope to be honest…

5.02pm I get an email asking me to send my address and they'll pop one in the post. I reply and at 5.11pm get an email saying that she'd just caught the post and the replacement should be through in a couple of days.

Just turned up in the post this morning, free of charge. Thanks Fox!
