I got a puncture in my front wheel today. A cut about half a centimetre, which the latex sealed in about 20 seconds.

It’s in the centre of the tyre, but I’m wondering if i should try and repair it, despite the latex sealing it. Can you get away using a standard tube patch kit?

Or is there a specific tubeless repair kit worth considering?

If its sealed itself, leave it – otherwise a standard patch works fine.

But as already said if it’s sealed then leave it. But standard patches don’t work if you use the standard ‘glue’. You need a special ‘glue’ for tubeless.

rubber solution glue and a car tyre patch just make sure its dry before you patch it.
