    As title
Christmas present for my better half

    I was thinking something like:

Hands of this iPod it's my christmas present

I'm not very good with words so help needed.

Maybe something not jokey as it'll sound ridiculous in 2 months time. A small sentimental comment?

You're apparently not good at the jokey side either (your own words), so I'd steer clear of engraving something she looks at daily then!

I think that's a pretty good message, to be honest.

Alternatively, something like 'With love, Scottlacey' or similar is simple and effective*.

    *results may vary.

I believe that all sentimental messages of this sort are redundant in a world which contains Robbie's accidental letter to Cecilia in Atonement. 🙂

I wouldn't bother 'cause it would make it worthless should you/she sell it on later.

Every time you put this nano in your pocket, how about a shuffle in mine?

What about googling for quotes about something that she loves?

For example my mother-in-law travels a lot so I got her an iPod with:
"May the sun be in your face and the wind at your back" engraved.

I would never have thought of that but she loves it.

    David.
