6 ” version got it at christmas really like it but it has started creaking can’t decide if its the clamp or the post itself. Have regreased the bolts and the clamp but it is still there. It did about 3 creak free rides, is this normal (it’s annoying) or fixable ?

Maybe try opening up and regreasing the insides as per the instructions?

did’nt get any instructions and is that necessary every 3 rides.

Probably not every 3 rides normally, but if its been a bit wet out and/or if they don’t put a lot of grease in from new then it wouldn’t hurt to try in case it does sort it

    Else, send it back

You sure it’s not creaking from between the post and the frame?

My KS does this when the grease in the seat tube dries out/gets washed out.

Mine creaks like mad if I over tighten the seatclamp bolts, had go put up with it all the way round the xc route at Inners once.

Most likely just regular seatpost/saddle creakiness so forget that it’s a dropper and tackle it like you would any other seatpost
