Went for a ride in Cranham woods tonight. Bloody hell it was knackering. My central upper back is screaming! And my abs.

I took the helmetcam. Not very exciting (felt faster than it looked), but came out better than I expected.

Not trouties, no. About 1600 lumens on both bikes.

6" of snow. Only ridable downhill really. We rode back up the road and back down again!

I did Cranham last year in the snowy conditions. It was -3 so positively warm compared to tonight. My camelbak valve was faulty, at the end of the ride I looked down at my top tube and it had hundreds of little balls of ice. The water dripping onto the top tube froze on impact. Very cold tonight, you are a braver man than I!!

Was over in Cranham woods a couple of days after Christmas, there was still plenty of snow around then from the first lot of it… Anyway, made it VERY hard going! Quite amusing though nonetheless…
