Not really a kids show but growing up mum watched the clothes show, was years till I found out the title music was The pet shop boys.

Anyway.

So, while this is nice, almost NONE of the above are proper songs i.e. released songs used on kids TV themes.

Challenge accepted.

Most TV theme tunes are released as library music, so it’s all good afaic.
Recorded in Munich in 1975, this tune is pretty iconic if you watched children’s telly in the late 70’s and throughout the 80’s. Hawkshaw’s music was everywhere on TV (and still is in some cases IE: Countdown!)

You could hear 'Chicken Man' on the credits of two different programs for a while. It was the theme to Grange Hill, but it was also the theme to early episodes of Give Us a Clue too.
