  • Bontrager Interchange Pannier doesn't fit Bontrager Interchange Rack :(

I have finally got a proprer interchange pannier,

after buying this Back Rack II disc a year ago.

only when I've tried to fit it, it seems impossible to ride without hitting it with my heel 🙁

Basically the clips of the Interchange handle are such a distance apart that the only position it will fit, even after adjusting the location, is too far forward. And the lower clip won't snap on in a sensible position either.

Seems like a bit of a design flaw to me. Or am I being thick and just missed something? Any experience welcome

Cheers 🙂 Is the shop open this week? Popped by 5pm yesterday but you were shut. Got a couple of problems on the Remedy too.

Probably designed for a bike with longer chainstays or a person with smaller feet, or just not designed at all. Send it back and buy an Ortlieb pannier, or buy another rack that sits further back.
