Interested to know if anyone has used this German retailer for mail order.
If you've had problems and what's their after sales service like ?

I've used them a few times – mostly for dynamo lights, which they are pretty cheap for (cheaper than buying in the UK anyway). Usually delivered in a few days or so.
Not had any problems, no experience of their after sales service.
