    Firefox and DownloadHelper, copy the URL to DownThemAll – works for me! VLC to play the flv files that normally result.

    Realplayer also has a download option, then a conversion tool for changing into various different formats, works pretty well.

    Yep, Realplayer is awesome. Far faster than any online ones and converts to any format.
