Hello all.

Maybe a bit of a long-shot here…

I’ve been looking at houses to buy in Oxford. A couple of them could be really nice, but would need either an extension, a loft conversion or an interior load-bearing wall knocked down to make them suit our needs. What I don’t have is any firm idea of how much such things would cost. So I’m looking for someone to give me some advice on such matters, possibly going round to look at potential houses, or at least to give guidance based on floorplans and descriptions. Would be very willing to pay a bit – wouldn’t expect anyone to give me free estimates / quotes on a place I don’t even own yet!

So if anyone knows someone decent, I would appreciate their details!
