  • The hottest stage (12) of the Tour saw the temperature rise to 37 degrees.
  • Riders produced a combined power output equal to about 90 kilowatts
  • The lowest average speed on a stage (19) was 28.94 km/h
  • Only 38 racers abandoned the Race this year
  • Racers ascended 59,556 metres of elevation
