The full carbon frame and 1 1/14″ tapered Alchemy fork are prepared for the pounding that a gravel road descent can unleash, with this show model also incorporating built-in fenders with almost no weight penalty due to their minimalist carbon form.

Sojourner Cyclery – Cedarville, Ohio
Builder Jay Kinsinger is a mechanical and biomedical engineering professor by trade, and a cyclist at heart. He built his first lugged frames back in the ’70s, has extensive experience with composite materials, and today builds bikes out of wood utilizing knowledge he learned in prosthetic limb design and construction. Rideable art — back in 2013 Jay and his son rode one of his wood tandems across the country, and he rode a single for a week on the Wyoming section of the Great Divide.
