The Founderland race butted 4130 tubes are finished with an ED (Electro Deposition) rust proof finish inside and out for stress free puddle splashing and wet weather riding.
This is a versatile frame with a number of features that allow different setups. Neat pivoting dropouts mean that you can tension a singlespeed drivetrain easily and make changes to the chainstay length for a different handling vibe.
Removable downtube cable guides will make for uncluttered lines if built up with one gear. Routing for the rear brake cable/hose is through the toptube, clean looking and out of the way, good for shouldering and fitting of a bikepacking style bag.
It is nice to see a 44mm headtube, should you wish to swap out the std 11/8th steerer 4130 fork and fit a tapered steerer carbon fork at some point you can.
I’m also happy to see a 68mm threaded bb shell.

This is to be my everyday ride/only dirtydropbargoodness bike. I’ll be commuting over the moors, through the woods,  over cobbles and along the canal. I’ll be riding longer mixed surface rides and cx sportives and racing all on the same bike.
First of all I’m going to get it built with plenty of gears, slide the dropouts all the way back, fit the fattest tyres I can and get it dirty!
