We’ve got a set of Racing Ralph CX tyres in for test.
These Schwalbe cyclocross variants share the same name and genetic make -up of their 29er MTB brüders. Now conforming to the UCI width limit at 33mm, the tyres have a modified profile for 2014 using the Schwalbe triple star compound they call PaceStar with a LiteSkin carcass – lightweight, easy rolling, fast centre and grippy shoulders.
We’re looking forward to boshing about on these in early season CX league races and on the roads and bridleways of the High Weald and South Downs in Sussex.
