Never ordered from them before - what are they like for delivery?

I ordered my Altitude 10 from them this year.
I made sure I was in contact with them as much as possible, phone calls and e-mails to get confirmation. The service was fine.
You won't get it tomorrow.
Try 8months and a few days for an xtr chainset.
NOT GOOD!
Still waiting for my wheels nearly 5 months on.
Had wheels arrive within two days on different occasions.
Only time I've had to wait was when I'd ordered out of stock items.
Got an email within a day or 2 stating expected delivery times - Hope braided hoses which turned up a day or two early and a helmet which arrived nearly a week before they'd promised.
All OK by me!
I've had a few bits of King stuff from them and it's turned up in a couple of days.
Ordered a hope headset Monday, arrived today. Bought a few things, if it's in stock it seems to be ok

Yep, use them and their BMX site quite a bit. Occasionally items marked in stock are out of stock but I've always had stock orders despatched pretty quickly via next day delivery. You can track your order online too.
In Stock = Good
Out of Stock = [s]Bad[/s] Not so good (as you have to email them to ask them when if but where )
