I used to be like this and sometimes had to go and hide in the back of the bus during the day and have a snooze it was terrible. Turned at all around by cutting out ALL sugar and ALL carbs. I literally only eat meat and eggs and small amounts of green veg and when I say it has been life changing I promise I’m not exaggerating. I have lost 3.5st without any dramas, never feel hungry and the thought of going back to how I used to feel makes me terrified.
Well worth trying for a couple of weeks just to see. I felt better literally in a matter of days. I wouldn’t recommend anyone try this long term but I don’t want to feel like I used to more than I’m worried about what I’m eating. Any anyway no one ever said a thing before when I ate 2 tubs of ice-cream in a day.
