I can’t see on their website but the booking form looks like they’ll post them. Anyone know if this is the case? I really would like to book and pay in advance and pick them up when we arrive.

Usually you can pre-book & pick up from guest services on the day.

WB post winter season pass products and gold cards. I don’t think they post regular day tickets.

If for some reason they do post them, and you don’t receive them, you’d go into guest relations and have them reprinted.

To collect them, it must be you collecting them, in your name presenting the CC used.
