  • While we’re doing dull, white ceramic sinks, are they ok these days?

    New kitchen and there’s a stand-off over the sink material (will be under mount, 1.5 type thing, nothing unusual). I want white ceramic, mrs dd wants SS as she’s worried about staining. To be fair, we do at least a couple of curries a week so things like turmeric, chopped tommies get used a lot. And then a few other dishes will invariably be reddish pasta sauces.

    Anyone had one installed in the last few years? Are they non-staining these days? Or are they non-staining for a while then a bit stainy, then a bit “we need a new sink honey!”
