    Is the only difference the amount of cable pull? Are the callipers the same fitting? I want to use v brake levers on a flat barred road bike.

    Then you’ll need Mtn BB5s.

    I think the only difference is the pull, so provided your flat bar levers have road pull, like the tektro ones, it should be fine. At least, it worked for me with that combination.
