Been meaning to offer this up for a week or two now as a slightly unusual alternative to the "what van" threads. It's a recent conversion my brother, a couple of friends and me carried out on dad's T5 (California, 4WD) - for dad.

A load of CLS, some 18mm ply, a helping hand from Chief Turtle Herder Howe and you have...

The sides were dressed with purple fabric and there was an end piece which slotted in to hold...
