Who do you use to send large items these day? I need to post a DH frame (inc. air shock) and forks (air) I’ve just sold.

Hermes don’t accept boxes over 120cm, the frame i recently sold was too large for myhermes.

I do post a lot via hermes and never had any problems.

I have used Interlink for frames in the past. A bit more expensive than some but reliable and the tracking alerts are excellent for the receiver

The parcel exceeds Interlink’s maximum size.

I have not had a problem with the size of frame boxes before, and I have sent both F/s and hardtail frames. Might be worth asking your local franchise.

Ive used Direct courier solutions to send a complete bike few years back. They do a deal for bikes £20ish IIRC. No idea where they’re based but they picked up in scotland and shiped down south.

UPS won’t deliver to the Isle of Wight, though. They’ll deliver to Australia, China, etc, but not the bloomin’ Isle of Wight.

    Anyway, I’ve booked Paisley now.

Well it hasn’t been a good start: Paisley failed to turn up for collection today.
