What xc hubs do I have a choice of if I want cartridge bearings, no more expensive than Hope Pro 2's with quieter freewheeling?

To reduce the noise in HOPE freehub use silicone or molyslip grease on pawls.

ZTR hubs might be worth a look. Sound like they would fit the bill

Both more expensive than Hope Pro 2. Are 2nd hand Hope XC hubs an option?
