Sugar Water by Cibo Matto. The video is truly ace, with the added bonus of the song being a stone cold 90s chillout classic

For an artistically beautiful one, Lilac Wine by The Cinematic Orchestra is pretty good

And if you like hard French techno, pretty much anything by KAS:ST is accompanied by amazing video
