  • Veggie business lunch in Central London

Anyone recommend somewhere for a vegetarian lunch in London where it’s relaxed enough to get a laptop out and stay a bit longer (with drinks).

Somewhere pretty nice though – my client’s just flown in from Hong Kong.

Most of the veggie places I’ve been seem like you have to share benches and move before you’ve finished swallowing your last mouthful.

    Cheers!

(edit: it doesn’t have to be veggie-only)

Amico Bio – 2 Branches, one new onein Holborn, and their first one in Cloth Fair near Barbican in the City.

Reasonable prices, very good organic veggie & vegan food. Nice atmosphere and a proper restaurant.

In fact, I’m pretty surprised – lots of places closed on a Sunday.

I’m a big fan of Mildred’s on Lexington Street but might be busy?

Lazy vegetarian’s, if they could just incorporate a little wafer thin ham into their diets they would have a bit more stamina.

If you can get into NOPI there’s a good vegetarian selection.

NOPI looks ace, but I can’t afford £20 a main.

Just buy little sets of side dishes – share and share alike! Also the bread is free and so is the fizzy water.

It was great, thanks aP. Really expensive, but I don’t know exactly how much as my client paid.
I had the gnocchi and fritters. Desert was the pomegranate mess.
    Mmmmmmmm
I’ll post a photo up when I get it off my camera 😉
