Long shot but any of the massive in Tyndrum, Argyle. Need a shot of a cassette tool as chain stuck and wedged in between hub and spokes. Was on a bit of a trek until disaster struck. Hammer and screwdriver will not budge locking nut 😳

just pull it out!

You'll need some new spokes BTW.

If I wasn't travelling to London tomorrow i would nip up to Tyndrum to help you out,, actually.. Are you there tomorrow evening? Might be able to nip over when I get back tomorrow evening

Ps are you sure you can't extricate it? I've always managed to wriggle them free without removing the cassette

Thanks bigG, I have tried big time but the chain is in sideways. Thanks for the offer. I will get the train up to Rannoch tomorrow and head back to Inverness. Just thought it worth a shout. Enjoy big smoke

I'm in Fort William and will be coming through Tyndrum about 8 am, I don't have the tool you need but if anyone en route has one I'd be happy to pick it up and leave it off with you

Probably too late now but if you can get a bus or hitch a lift to Killin the Killin Outdoor Shop there hires bikes so would probably have the tool
