I'm planning on giving my frame a new coat for Xmas. Has anyone used Triple S in Bingley, and if so:
    1) how much did it cost you and
    2) what was the job like?

They have some good review from motorbikers on their website, but then they're hardly going to put bad ones on their website are they!

I had my blur 4x done with them nearly a year ago. Think the cost was about £90 including dipping it to get the old finish off. Quality of the job and service? Excellent! Because they specialize in motorbike and car bits, the finish is in a whole other league to the cheap job I had done on my old soul. Can't reccommend them highly enough.

Superb job on my Summer, £80 met black. Not the cheapest but you gets what you pays for..

Nice one. I'll need to factor in postage but am not sure I trust any of the local options who specialise in painting hand rails and fag bins with my bike. Still cheaper than Argos but sounds like a similar quality job.

They did some motorbike parts for me ages ago, they're still in great shape 40000 miles later. I'll use them again without a doubt.

The place I had my Soul done does stuff on an industrial scale – fire escapes and play ground equipment etc but it was cheap (£30). Finish was like orange peel though (sign of cheap powder being used apparently) and some got into the seat-tube and BB threads. SSS masked everything off properly, all the bearing surfaces, BB, headset etc.

I looked into Argos (expensive and would have to be posted) and Bob Jackson (expensive but local but they'd have had the frame for 5 weeks!). Used SSS because they're local and turned the frame around in under a week…

Great quality of finish, really good to deal with. Use them.

    You can't beat a 100% positive feedback!

    Consider them used.
