Used last week, item not in but kept informed of delivery date, offered to split shipment all arrived yesterday, so yes very good

Yep I bought a bike from them at the start of this year and the service was good – they even phoned me when they were about to post it to let me know when it’d be arriving 🙂

no complaints from me either.

They were very good when I got my Spesh Traverse wheels from them just over a month ago.

Might be good online, but don’t expect fast efficient service at the shop in Swansea on a Saturday pm… 🙁

Only used them once, to buy some lycra shorts for my gf. Delivery ended up being delayed by six days, but I got an email the day after my order to inform me of the fact. Once it was finally dispatched it arrived very quickly. Would use them again.
