    If you use Googlemail,

    Upload/sync your contacts with your gmail account.

    Sync new phone with your gmail when you set up your email.

    Done!

    what plyphon says with Gmail.
    You can also pair the phones together using Bluetooth and transfer contacts from the Blackberry to the other phone.
