Track singlespeed frame help- which one?

Ok, decided (its a taken alongtime!) that my trackframe is a wee bit too short for longer/faster rides so I was planning on swapping all bits over onto a new frame.

What though? Must be light yet reasonably stiff and NOT cost the earth (its never going to get washed you see).
