A few clues:-

1) It’s in the middle of a prime mtb location, mentioned on here nearly every day.

2) It’s just off a big broad track, full of half term innits & grockles. But they can’t read a map so never go looking round the corner.

3) Look carefully and you might get a pleasant surprise.
