Popped a new stem on the bike today and the headset spacers stick out beyond the edges, looking unsightly.

I’ve tried looking for some thin walled alternatives (2mm or less) but can only find these:

They’re 1.6mm thick so would be ideal but unfortunately they only have 20mm in black and I need 5mm and 10mm.

These might work too but would look shit as the top one would need to sit upside down:

Does anyone know of any other options? I can’t be the only one with OCD about this kind of thing!

I have a big bag of, I’m guessing, around 50 spacers, all kinds in there. If you are anywhere near the Tweed Valley you are welcome to come and have a rummage in it

@andrewh Appreciate that mate, very kind of you to offer! Unfortunately I’m in Aberdeen so a bit of a stretch!

    You need some titanium spacers.

AliExpress have lots of options, I got some thin walled carbon ones for not very much if you’re willing to wait a few weeks for delivery

I did check AliEx but most still seemed a bit thick. I’ll have another look though.

Whoever made the stem must make them shirley

It’s a Ryet clone of the Title ST1, and don’t call me Shirley.

The Ti ones linked above might be the ones, plus a black rattle can from Halfords as silver would look more out of place than sticky out spacers.
