Interesting over the bonnet moment… 🤷‍♂️

You really have to give it to some riders who ride in the northern quarters, beware of parked cars and street furniture..

Good to see Nikki win, didn’t watch the race in the end.. even though it’s a favourite of mine..

Roll on P-R and my first ride in two years on the roadie in Rapha’s A Day in Hell. Should be a laugh.

“A lack of cooperation? He is always on someone’s wheel,” Boonen said of Sagan, unafraid to criticise the world champion.

Boonen added: “I don’t think Sagan really should talk about a lack of cooperation. He is the one who always starts to drag. He looks to see what is going on, and then he comes forward once and starts waving his hand. If you do that you have to keep your mouth shut.”

Boonen, who won the Tour of Flanders three times and Paris-Roubaix four times, added: “He always tries to benefit from the work of other teams. There is nothing wrong with that, but then you do not have to say afterwards ‘they do not work with me’.”

Always a problem when DS’s get involved in predictions.. the simple fact is Nikki will be marked, so too Sags…

Hope it doesn’t end up in some odd bunch  sprint ..

Any opinions on the winner yet ? (I know there’s a thread on it, but I prefer this one)

I’ve not decided yet, but I don’t think it will be a “favourite”

    Awesome..🤩

Eurosport are screening the whole race, start to finish 🤯☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️🍔🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Predictions.. sort of a mix up as to who will feature.. then my final winner….

Bozic, Perichon, Feillu, Gatto, Cort, Politt, Bak, Sieberg, Stamsnijder, Theuns, most of Sky at some point, Van Aert, Devolder, Naesen, Vandenbergh, Dillier, Konovalovas, Pedersen, Degenkolb, Oss, Bodnar, Vanmarcke, Keisse, Lampaert, Schär, Küng..

So, hey that’s a list. All of those guys will at some point make a break and try to animate the race.. which will open up the fractures. Notice no big favourites? They’ll mark each other down and nothing will happen. I predict Sags will get mighty pissed off and floor it until he blows or ends up in a ditch. GVA will follow Sags, the only real team to break thier backs will be Sky.. I think they’re out for a win. QSF will be marked down and hemmed in but I have my eye on Keisse and Lampaert because everyone will be too busy watching PhilGil and Nikki.

    Final predictions ?

    Van Aert top 3

    Oss, Schär or Küng…

Very excited to see it on TV from the start 👽🤸‍♂️💥💥💥💥

Lotto Soudal should have Thomas de Gendt in there roster, this race is begging for a breakaway specialist 🙂

double as in he gets to suffer for 200km and then definitely not be in at the end ?

hard to see a sensible reason for sending him out, unless he really has pissed off his DS

moviestar (rumoured) send riders to paris roubaix as punishment and he’s not on the roster for the tdf so it can’t be cobbles practice 🙂

they’re still concerned with punctures and wheel changes i guess. It’s like 12 or 13 speed the whole peloton really needs to move over en masse to make any sense.

not that much braking in P-R, is there ? – especially if it’s dry
