    Or what ever its called.
I am looking for something that will simply let me draw a bike frame in line form. Just start at a fixed point and draw at a identifiable angle to a specific length.
To put the dimensions of one of my bikes in drawing form and then do the others to overlay them. I like pictures, can’t cope with a chart with them all on 🙄
Must be simple, must be free and must work on W10
    Any ideas?

Draftsight will do that easily. Only issue will be it’s a bit tricky to get going if you aren’t used to cad

I often use Google sketchup for 2d and 3d drawings.
For 2d, you simply change the view to above(a flat view basically).
    Works well.
