    I have stashed some chicken & a bit of stuffing from lunch, that will accompany the cranberry sauce left from Xmas.

    Chilli con carne made with scotch bonnet chillis, with home made potato wedges, liberally covered with grated mature cheddar.

    Cottage Pie. Not the best one I’ve rustled up, but it filled a hole 🙂
    Banana loaf and a chai latte for afters.

    chinese (ish) from the supermarket.

    serves 2:
    Sweet & sour chicken in batter
    Szechaun chicken
    egg fried rice

    dessert: “berrymisu” from M&S as part of their “Dine in for £10”, the rest of which we’ll be having later in the week
